Beyond Limitations Coaching

Empowerment through self-awareness

Welcome!!

Do any of the following statements ring true for you?

  • I feel stuck in a rut, but don't know how to get out of it
  • I lack self-confidence and motivation
  • I have too much to do
  • I want a better life
  • I want a promotion or a new job
  • I'm afraid of change
  • My team is not working effectively
  • People misunderstand my behaviours or emotions
  • I procrastinate.... I don't get anywhere because I can't commit to a decision

If so, then coaching is for you!!

I have 2 questions for you.......

"What is your IDEAL job?"  I'm talking about what you REALLY want to do with your life (no matter how far-fetched or out of reach it seems).  Are you currently in this job?  Let's be honest...... You're probably not.

"Over the course of your entire working life, what have you done to get yourself one step closer to making this dream job your reality?"

In my experience with clients, it is common to find that:

  • 99% of the time, they are not in their "ideal" job
  • 60% of the time, they are not even in a job that they enjoy
  • they tend to stick to jobs that have become their "comfort zone". They work in roles that they "know" and are

comfortable with.  These roles often bring them little satisfaction

  • they often write-off their dream job as unattainable because it is too hard to achieve, too expensive to achieve,

it will take too long to achieve, or they don't currently have the skills to do the job

  • 75% of the time, clients have taken NO ACTION during their working life to get themselves even one step

closer to obtaining their dream job.

Coaching can help you to tackle things one step at a time, regardless of whether your goals relate to your life or career.  Chipping away at even those things that are the cheapest... the quickest... the easiest to achieve, will all get you closer to making your dream a reality.  Don't let the big picture scare you off.
